How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed and cannot be modified or canceled.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $500 USD.
Will my order require a signature on delivery?
Orders over $300 USD require a signature upon delivery. If the delivery is refused, the package will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund. You can request to waive the signature by emailing info@jalynyoung.com.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend adding Purchase Protection at checkout.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Are shipping delays possible?
Yes, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept size exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
How many exchanges can I make?
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Are sale items refundable?
No, all sale items are final sale.
What condition must items be in for return?
Items must be new, unused, and have original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
You can initiate a return or exchange through the provided return link/form.
Is there a return shipping fee?
Yes, a $15 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
How should I send my return?
Please ship your return with tracking and insurance using the return form instructions.
