SHIPPING
Please allow 10 business days for processing of all orders. Orders begin processing as soon as they are received, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed.Â
Free shipping within the U.S. for orders over 500 USD.
Domestic orders over 500 USD will be shipped with signature required. If the recipient refuses delivery, then your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. The order will not be eligible for a refund. Please email info@jalynyoung.com to waive the signature requirement.Â
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you add Purchase Protection to your cart for your order.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
EXCHANGESÂ
We accept size exchanges on full priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Exchange order will be created upon review of returned item.Â
All sale items are final sale.
Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached.Â
The $15 shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
Please use our Exchange Form and ship your package via with tracking and insurance to the address on the form.

PREORDERS
Pre-order items require a 100% deposit. Since many of our items are custom made, the shipping date is subject to change. Items will be shipped when they’re completed.Â
