Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Please allow 10 business days for processing of all orders. Orders begin processing as soon as they are received, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. 

Free shipping within the U.S. for orders over 500 USD.

Domestic orders over 500 USD will be shipped with signature required. If the recipient refuses delivery, then your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. The order will not be eligible for a refund. Please email info@jalynyoung.com to waive the signature requirement. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you add Purchase Protection to your cart for your order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
